Heart of Adoptions Alliance, Inc. (HOAA) is an established, non-profit licensed child-placing agency located in the State of Florida, with offices in Tampa, Orlando, Merritt Island and Naples. HOAA was founded in 2003 by Jeanne T. Tate, was licensed in 2007, received Hague accreditation in 2014, and has been operating and providing services each and every year thereafter. HOAA believes that all children should have a safe and loving family to grow up in.
